75-52,152. Prisoner review board; establishment. There is hereby established, within the Kansas department of corrections, the prisoner review board. The prisoner review board shall be administered under the supervision of the secretary of corrections. The prisoner review board shall consist of three members appointed by the secretary of corrections and all members shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary.
