75-5269. Failure of prisoner to remain within limits or to return within time prescribed, deemed aggravated escape. The willful failure of an inmate to remain within the extended limits of such inmate's confinement or to return within the time prescribed to an institution or facility designated by the secretary shall be deemed an aggravated escape from custody as provided for in subsection (b) of K.S.A. 21-5911, and amendments thereto.
