75-5545. Same; rules and regulations. The secretary of administration may adopt rules and regulations necessary for the administration of the state leave payment reserve fund, including the processing of payments from such fund. Such rules and regulations shall be subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-3706 and amendments thereto and shall be adopted in accordance therewith. History: L. 1992, ch. 207, § 4; July 1.
