75-5640. Same; rights saved in legal actions and proceedings. No suit, action, or other proceedings, judicial or administrative, lawfully commenced, or which could have been commenced, by or against the crippled children's commission abolished by this order, or by or against any employee of the crippled children's commission in his or her official capacity or in relation to the discharge of his or her official duties shall abate by reason of the governmental reorganization effected under the provisions of this order. The court may allow any such suit, action or other proceeding to be maintained by or against the crippled children's commission or any employee affected. History: L. 1977, ch. 283, § 4; July 1.
