75-5642. Same; conflicts as to disposition of any power, duty, function, appropriation, money, property or records resolved by governor. (a) When any conflict arises as to the disposition of any power, duty or function or the unexpended balance of any appropriation or any unexpended moneys received by the crippled children's commission from private persons or organizations as a result of any abolishment or transfer made by this order, or under authority of this order, such conflict shall be resolved by the governor, and the decision of the governor shall be final. (b) When any conflict arises as to the proper disposition of any property or records as a result of any abolishment or transfer made under this order, or under authority of this order, such conflict shall be resolved by the governor, and the decision of the governor shall be final.
