Short title

75-6401. Short title. K.S.A. 75-6401 to 75-6407, inclusive, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas prompt payment act. History: L. 1984, ch. 310, § 1; January 1, 1985. CASE ANNOTATIONS 1.
