75-712e. Purchase of insurance for aircraft owned by Kansas bureau of investigation authorized. Within the limits of available federal grants, forfeiture moneys and appropriations therefor, the Kansas bureau of investigation may purchase insurance for aircraft owned and operated by the bureau.
