75-717. Transfer of assets and liabilities to attorney general's antitrust special revenue fund; antecedent fund abolished. Upon the effective date of this act, the director of accounts and reports is directed to transfer all moneys in the attorney general's antitrust revolving fund to the attorney general's antitrust special revenue fund established in K.S.A. 75-715. Upon the effective date of this act, all liabilities of the attorney general's antitrust revolving fund existing prior to said effective date are hereby imposed on the attorney general's antitrust special revenue fund established in K.S.A. 75-715. The attorney general's antitrust revolving fund is hereby abolished. History: L. 1976, ch. 372, § 6; May 8.
