75-7430. Secretary of health and environment to implement and expand certain programs subject to appropriations. The secretary of health and environment shall, subject to appropriations, establish and implement the following: (a) Dental coverage for pregnant medicaid beneficiaries the cost of which shall not exceed $545,833; (b) expansion of medicaid eligibility up to 200% of the federal poverty level and smoking cessation programs for pregnant women, the cost of which will be approximately $460,000 from the state general fund; (c) the statewide community health records program, the cost of which shall not exceed $383,600.
