75-777a. Municipalities fight addiction funds authorized; purpose; expenditure of moneys in funds. (a) The board of county commissioners of any county may provide, by adoption of a resolution, for a municipalities fight addiction fund to finance expenditures incurred as described in K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 75-777, and amendments thereto. (b) Expenditures from the fund shall be subject to the budget requirements of K.S.A. 79-2925 through 79-2937, and amendments thereto. (c) The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas fights addiction act, K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 75-775 et seq., and amendments thereto.
