75-788. Definitions. As used in K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 75-788 through 75-794, and amendments thereto: (a) "Agency" means any officer, department, bureau, division, board, authority, agency, commission or institution of this state, except the judicial and legislative branches, that is authorized by law to adopt rules and regulations concerning the administration, enforcement or interpretation of any law of this state; (b) "records" means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form; and (c) "written report" means the report written by an applicable agency required by K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 75-790(f), and amendments thereto.
