Definitions

76-12a01. Definitions. As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) "Secretary" means the secretary for aging and disability services. (b) "Institution" means the following institutions: Osawatomie state hospital, Larned state hospital, south central regional mental health hospital, Parsons state hospital and Kansas neurological institute. (c) "Director" or "commissioner" means the commissioner of community services and programs.
