76-12a24. Use of buildings and land for placement of persons in custody of secretary of corrections; supervision and security; agreements. The secretary for aging and disability services is authorized to enter into an agreement with the secretary of corrections concerning the management and utilization of buildings and land currently not being used at state institutions under the authority of the secretary for aging and disability services for the placement of persons in the custody of the secretary of corrections.
