76-1521. Same; name of institution; qualifications of superintendent; services and facilities. The hospital established under K.S.A. 76-1520 shall be known as the "southeast Kansas tuberculosis hospital." The superintendent of such institution shall be a person well versed in medical science and skilled in the treatment and care of tuberculosis patients.
