76-1927. Rules and regulations for management and operation of home; conduct and discipline of members and others. The director of the Kansas office of veterans services shall have the authority to establish rules and regulations for the management and operation of the Kansas soldiers' home and governing conduct and discipline of the members of and other persons in the Kansas soldiers' home. Such rules and regulations shall be filed with the secretary of state as provided by law.
