76-1931. Member refusing to vacate premises, when; forfeiture of rights. If any member of such soldiers' home shall refuse to vacate the premises upon receiving a furlough from the officers designated to enforce the rules and regulations, such refusal shall constitute a forfeiture of such person's right to remain in the home and such member shall be immediately discharged by the director of the Kansas office of veterans services.
