76-1935. Custodians of members' funds at home; designation of depositories. The director of the Kansas office of veterans services shall designate a person at the Kansas soldiers' home who shall be in charge of the member funds at such soldiers' home. Such person shall have custody and charge of all moneys belonging to the members, or persons attending the Kansas soldiers' home, which are held for their use, benefit and burial. The director of the Kansas office of veterans services shall designate the bank or banks, in which such moneys shall be deposited.
