76-218. Insurance for aircraft testing and operation; acquisition and coverages. Within the limits of appropriations therefor, Kansas state university of agriculture and applied science may purchase insurance for operation and testing of completed project aircraft used in education, training and research. The insurance may include public liability, physical damage, medical payments and voluntary settlement coverages.
