76-351. State board of regents authorized to execute "mutual quitclaim deeds and releases of covenants, restrictions, rights-of-way, and easements"; subsidiary documents. The state board of regents is hereby authorized and empowered to execute a certain document entitled "mutual quitclaim deeds and releases of covenants, restrictions, rights-of-way, and easements" and any subsidiary documents necessary to make effective the provisions of such certain document. Such certain document and any documents subsidiary thereto shall be executed in the name of the state board of regents by its chairman and executive officer. History: L. 1968, ch. 67, § 1; July 1.
