76-391. Purchase of insurance for aircraft owned and operated by university of Kansas or the university of Kansas medical center; coverages. Within the limits of appropriations therefor, the university of Kansas and the university of Kansas medical center may purchase insurance for aircraft owned and operated by the university of Kansas or the university of Kansas medical center.
