76-475. Same; conveyance of land by endowment association. As consideration for the tracts of land to be conveyed to the Kansas state university endowment association as set out in K.S.A. 76-474, the Kansas state university endowment association shall convey, by warranty deed, to the state of Kansas for Kansas state university the following described real estate: The east half of the southwest quarter of section 35, township 10 south, range 7 east of the sixth principal meridian, except 2 acres described as follows: Beginning at center of south line of southwest quarter of said section 35, thence east 4 rods, thence north 80 rods, thence west 4 rods, thence south 80 rods to place of beginning, in Riley county, Kansas, containing seventy-eight (78) acres more or less.
