76-7,104. Same; infrastructure maintenance fund. (a) There is hereby established in the state treasury the infrastructure maintenance fund which shall be administered and maintained for the use and benefit of the state educational institutions as provided by the state educational institution long-term infrastructure maintenance program. The fund shall be administered by the state board. Subject to the provisions of appropriation acts, all expenditures from the fund shall be made for purposes of financing the costs of projects. (b) Subject to the provisions of appropriation acts, the state board may transfer moneys from the infrastructure maintenance fund to an account or accounts of the infrastructure maintenance fund of an institution for expenditure by the institution to pay the costs of a project as approved by the state board.
