Moneys and fees of Kansas technical institution; disposition

76-901. Moneys and fees of Kansas technical institution; disposition. All moneys received from the rent or sale of property and from the federal government, or from any other source, and all fees collected by the Kansas technical institute, or by its employees under the law, or the order of the administrative board, or by the state for said institution shall be covered into the state treasury monthly. An itemized and verified statement of such collections shall be transmitted at the same time to the controller of the state department of administration.
