77-503a. Information not disclosed in public record; when. (a) In any proceeding under the Kansas administrative procedure act, the presiding officer may provide for the omission from any required notice or order or otherwise keep out of the public record the name, address or other contact information of alleged victims of crime, abuse, domestic violence or sexual assault when it is alleged in an affidavit or a pleading under oath that the health, safety or liberty of such a person would be jeopardized by disclosure of that information. In such cases, notice or service to such persons shall be made through the presiding officer. (b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas administrative procedure act.
