Revisor's Note: In 1929, R.S. 1923, 8-109 was amended by Senate Bill No. 48 (L. 1929, ch. 82, § 1) effective March 15, 1929; also in 1929 House Bill No. 2 (L. 1929, ch. 81, § 30) R.S. 1923, 8-109 was repealed, effective December 1, 1929 (see State v. Teeslink, 177 K. 268, 272, 278 P.2d 591). In 1955, L. 1929, ch. 82, § 1, last printed in R.S. 1930 Supp. as § 8-109, was again repealed by Senate Bill No. 222 (L. 1955, ch. 349, § 1) effective June 30, 1955, but this repeal was held in violation of chapter 16, article 2 of the Kansas Constitution, see State ex rel., v.
