Penalty for violating K

8-119. Penalty for violating K.S.A. 8-113 and 8-116. The violation of any of the provisions of this act, except as otherwise herein provided, shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirty days nor more than ninety days.
