Statutes providing for 55 mile an hour speed limit are not unconstitutional as delegation of legislative powers; alternative provisions. State v. Dumler, 221 Kan. 386, 388, 390, 391, 392, 559 P.2d 798. 2. Defective cruise control no defense to violation of section; absolute liability; K.S.A. 21-3204 applied. State v. Baker, 1 Kan.
