8-199a. Unlawful to remove notice required to be attached to rebuilt vehicles; penalty. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, obliterate or alter any notice required to be attached to a rebuilt salvage vehicle, as defined under K.S.A. 8-197, and amendments thereto, in accordance with paragraph (3) of subsection (f) of K.S.A. 8-198, and amendments thereto.
