8-2,153. Commercial driver's licenses; violation of act; penalty. (a) It shall be unlawful and constitute a class B misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of the Kansas uniform commercial drivers' license act, unless a different penalty is prescribed by this act. (b) The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas uniform commercial drivers' license act. History: L. 2006, ch. 54, § 2; July 1.
