8-2203. Uniformity of interpretation. This act shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it. Mentioned in holding that offense of operation of motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor applies to operation upon private as well as public property. State v.
