Salvage vehicle pools; requirements

8-2436. Salvage vehicle pools; requirements. (a) A salvage vehicle pool shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of this act. (b) A salvage vehicle pool shall have available on the premises a certificate of title or a facsimile or photocopy of the complete title of a salvage vehicle sold by the salvage vehicle pool. (c) The provisions of this section shall be part of and supplemental to the vehicle dealers and manufacturers licensing act. History: L. 1994, ch. 302, § 10; L. 2009, ch. 63, § 7; July 1.
