Township treasurer's bond

80-203. Township treasurer's bond. Before entering upon the duties of office, the township treasurer shall execute a bond to the state of Kansas in an amount determined by the board of county commissioners. The amount and sufficiency of the bond shall be approved by the board of county commissioners, conditioned upon the faithful discharge of the treasurer's duties.
