Same; revenue bonds; investment of proceeds

80-2532. Same; revenue bonds; investment of proceeds. Any officer or officers, board or boards, having charge of any sinking fund or any other fund of the state of Kansas, or any department, agency or institution thereof, or any county, municipality or other public corporation or political subdivision, may invest such funds in bonds issued under the provisions of this act. Any bank, trust or insurance company organized under the laws of the state of Kansas may invest in revenue bonds issued under the provisions of this act. Such bonds shall also be approved as collateral security for the deposit of any public funds and for the investment of trust funds. History: L. 1984, ch. 374, § 32; July 1.
