84-9-402a. KANSAS COMMENT, 1996 This non-uniform provision, enacted by the legislature in 1978, is related to amendments to 84-9-402, as explained in Kansas Comment 1996 to that section. The interpretation of the Kansas Uniform Commercial Code should be consistent with the Official Text.
