9-2007. Violations by receiver; penalties. Any receiver of an insolvent bank or trust company, other than the federal deposit insurance corporation, or any successor, that fails to comply with the provisions of the state banking code, upon conviction shall be guilty of a class A, nonperson misdemeanor.
