Applicability of provisions to covered transactions

9-2223. Applicability of provisions to covered transactions. (a) K.S.A. 2025 Supp. 9-2223 through 9-2234, and amendments thereto, shall apply only to covered transactions, as defined in K.S.A. 9-2201, and amendments thereto. (b) K.S.A. 9-2203 through 9-2209, and amendments thereto, shall apply to licensed mortgage companies, as defined in K.S.A. 9-2201, and amendments thereto. (c) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas mortgage business act. History: L. 2024, ch. 6, § 3; January 1, 2025.
