9-584. Statement regarding questions or complaints required. (a) Every licensee or authorized delegate shall include on a receipt or disclose on the licensee's website or mobile application the name of the office of the state bank commissioner and a statement that the licensee's Kansas customers can contact the office of the state bank commissioner with questions or complaints about the licensee's money transmission services.
