Abolishment of office of assessor -- Assessor may not succeed himself.

Section 104 Abolishment of office of assessor -- Assessor may not succeed himself. The General Assembly may abolish the office of Assessor and provide that the assessment of property shall be made by other officers; but it shall have power to reestablish the office of Assessor and prescribe his duties.
