Commissioner to report to Interim Joint Committee on Banking and Insurance and to Governor -- Contents of report

Insurance and to Governor -- Contents of report. The commissioner shall report every six (6) months to the Interim Joint Committee on Banking and Insurance, and to the Governor on the state of the Independent External Review Program. The report shall include a summary of the number of reviews conducted, medical specialties affected, and a summary of the findings and recommendations made by the independent external review entity.
