Prohibition of contractual waiver of KRS 304.17C-130 to 304.17C-138

138. The provisions of KRS 304.17C-130 to 304.17C-138 shall not be waived by contract. Any contractual arrangement in conflict with this section or that purports to waive any requirement of this section of shall be null and void.
