Medicare supplement insurance for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age

by reason of age. Insurers delivering or issuing for delivery in Kentucky group Medicare supplement insurance policies as defined in KRS 304.14-500 to 304.14-550, or renewing such policies, shall make available upon request of the group policyholder Medicare supplement insurance for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age.
