Administrative hearing

Whenever the commissioner finds that there has been a violation of KRS 304.19-020 to 304.19-140 or any administrative regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, the commissioner shall conduct a hearing in accordance with this chapter and KRS Chapter 13B.
