Administrative hearings -- Applicability of penalty provisions

(1) Unless a remedy is otherwise specifically provided, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the commissioner issued pursuant to KRS 304.19-200 to 304.19-215 may, within twenty (20) days of service of the notice of the decision, request an administrative hearing which shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. (2) An insurer that violates any provision of KRS 304.19-200 to 304.19-215 shall be subject to the penalty provisions of Subtitle 99 of this chapter.
