(1) A foreign national shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) Make a donation, contribution, or expenditure in support or opposition of a ballot measure; (b) Solicit another person to make a donation, contribution, or expenditure to influence a ballot measure; or (c) Direct, dictate, control, or participate in another person's decision to influence a ballot measure. (2) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to create or eliminate any donor disclosure rights or duties beyond those specifically enumerated in KRS 121.258.
