charges -- Filing fee. Liability self-insurance groups shall file with the commissioner their rates, underwriting guidelines, evidence of coverage, and any changes therein in accordance with KRS 304.13-051 and 304.14-120 and administrative regulations promulgated thereunder. The filing shall be accompanied by a filing fee of five dollars ($5) per filing.
