Penalties

(1) Violation of KRS 286.6-045 constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both. (2) The commissioner may petition a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin a violation of KRS 286.6-045.
