Employer's contributions by credit union

KRS § 61.567, under GENERAL PROVISIONS AS TO OFFICES AND OFFICERS -- SOCIAL SECURITY FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES -- EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

KRS § 61.567

A credit union whose employees are eligible for membership in the system as provided in KRS 61.525 shall make employer's contributions to the system on behalf of its employees.
