§1200. Expense fund; unexpended balances The unexpended balance in the expense account on June thirtieth of each fiscal year shall be paid by the board into the pension accumulation fund. Amended by Acts 1959, No. 115, §2; Redesignated from R.S. 17:991 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.
