§3511. Disbursement upon warrants Money shall be paid by the treasurer from the fund only upon warrants signed by the president and counter-signed by the secretary. No warrant shall be drawn except by order of the board. Redesignated from R.S. 33:2231 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.
