§780.1. Employment; termination of benefits If a disability retiree from the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana becomes employed in any employment in the field of education, whether public or private, his disability benefit shall terminate. Acts 1992, No. 552, §1, eff. July 1, 1992.
